Paul Harris
Founder of Rotary
1868-1947
Paul Harris Fellow recognition was created in memory of Paul Harris, the founder of Rotary, as a way to show appreciation for contributions to the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International's charitable and educational programs. A Paul Harris Fellow is an individual who contributes - or in whose name is contributed - a gift of $1,000 or more to the Annual Programs Fund. Every new Paul Harris Fellow receives a commenorative certificate, a Paul Harris Fellow pin, and a medallion. This identifies them as advocates of the Foundation's goal - world understanding and peace through international charitable and educational programs.
